Platinum K9 Limited — Registered Trademark

We are proud to share that Platinum K9 Limited is now a registered trademark. This marks an important milestone for the business and formally recognises the standards we set within the dog training and behaviour industry. From day one, our aim has been to raise the bar in professional dog training combining structure, clarity, and results-driven methods with a premium client experience. Securing our trademark reinforces our commitment to leading from the front and continuing to develop as an industry benchmark.

Industry Recognition

In addition to securing our trademark, we are incredibly proud to announce that Platinum K9 has been awarded Exceptional Pet Trainer at the Business Awards UK Pet and Animal Care Awards. This recognition reflects the dedication, consistency, and high standards we bring to every dog and every client. To be acknowledged at a national level within our industry is a significant achievement and one that further reinforces our commitment to excellence.

In the Spotlight

Platinum K9 has recently been in the press spotlight following training we completed last year with Nottingham Forest footballer and friend of the business, Ryan Yates. Ryan’s dogs, Peanut and Pippin, successfully completed behaviour training with us, and the story was featured in The Sun newspaper. It has certainly been an interesting week with the level of coverage and the number of people recognising the work we do.

Recent & Upcoming Clients

We are excited to welcome Ella Eyre this week, her Iggy will be joining us for residential training. We have also recently completed training with comedian Bill Bailey’s dogs and ex footballer / pundit Phil Thompson dog Murphy.

Last week we went to see England Women’s footballer Chloe Kelly about working with her dogs Otis, Rolo & Brody It continues to be a privilege to work with such a wide range of clients, all with the same goal well-balanced, well-trained dogs.

Our Approach — Personal, Premium, Accessible

At Platinum K9, our aim is to assist as many owners as possible while delivering a service that feels personal, convenient and accessible. As enquiries continue to grow, we have been working with AI systems to ensure we can respond more efficiently and provide accurate information more quickly. This allows us to tailor each client’s experience and maintain the premium level of service we pride ourselves on.

In line with this, we are now offering a collection and handover service for residential clients. This is designed to reduce travel time to our kennels and better support clients with busy lifestyles — another step toward delivering a truly premium experience.

Facility Upgrades

At the end of this month, we will be upgrading all of our kennel runs. The new runs will be thermoplastic with solid roofing, providing each dog with greater privacy while also enhancing the overall aesthetics of the site. Continual investment in our facilities ensures that the environment matches the high standards of training and care we provide.
