Residential Training Aftercare and Support

The Importance of Aftercare 

Here at Platinum K9, we feel aftercare is just as important as the initial residential training course. This is why we go above and beyond to ensure you are supported and feel confident in continuing and maintaining the training at home. 

Providing Support

This aftercare starts when the residential training WhatsApp group is opened at the start of the initial training course. This remains open for the whole of the residential course, as well as the rest of your dog’s life, meaning you have a direct line of contact with your dog’s original trainers whenever you need.

Any questions or queries you may have after the residential training course can be sent into the WhatsApp group, where the trainers are able to provide you with answers and advice. 

Residential Boarding Service

We also offer a residential boarding service, where your dog will stay in our state-of-the-art, individually thermostat-controlled kennels. They will be cared for and walked daily by their original trainer.

As the trainers will have already built a bond with your dog during their training course, it will be a comfort to your dog as they will already be familiar with them.
