The overall experience with Platinum K9 has been first class. I mean I honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me and my family. I look at them both [Ben and Jon] as mates of mine now. We’ve spent so much time together with the dogs and outside of that as well, just general life stuff, and like I said, having been through the previous experience with our Doberman we had before, it was so good, there was no hesitation. I was always going to get another dog through them and the experience is seamless. They make the transition seem so easy. From having the dog for a weekend to having the dog full time, it all just makes perfect sense.

The training is 100% good value for money. Like I said, there’s almost not a price I could put on the peace of mind that I get from having been through the whole experience. Going away for periods of time and leaving my family with the dog, being able to trust that the dog’s not going to misbehave or is going to do the things that she’s been trained for; that piece of mind you can’t put a value on. So 100% is worth every penny.
