Hi I’m Gavin Bazunu I play football for Southampton and Ireland and today myself and Paige my girlfriend have brought our dogs Nova and Apollo to Platinum K9 for training. 

The issues that we were having with Nova and Apollo before training was just, you know, energetic young dogs, wanting to play a bit too rough at times and you know we wanted to be able to bring them somewhere where we could have them be a bit more neutral and give us a bit more control.

We chose Platinum K9 because you know we looked into their services and did a bit of research and all the reviews seemed really really good. We had a meeting with Jon and he was brilliant for us and gave us some really good advice. I would describe the experience as really inclusive. I think that’s the biggest thing myself and Paige have been happy with is you know the amount of photos and videos and information that we were given over the course of the last 6 weeks to keep us involved. 

I was pleasantly surprised with the detail in the handover. It was really great to be able to work through so many things physically and to talk to Leanne and Kyran and Jon about all the things that we’ll need to be able to do over the next couple of months.

I consider the training a really good value for money I think because I see the effort that’s put in but also we’ve had training elsewhere with different companies and you know I think it relates very well for how many weeks they were here for and all the work that was put in so I think it’s very fair.

Definitely recommend Platinum K9 to others, we already have since this training progress has started: other teammates and other people we know with similar dogs. I think for anyone out there with dogs in our situation, it’s a brilliant place to be.
