Hi, I’m Courtney and you might know me from a TV show called Below Deck Mediterranean. Since the yachts, I have been living in London and my partner Ben and I have just recently got our puppy called Bailey.

Some of the issues we were having with Bailey before we took him for training, we couldn’t really take him on walks, and he got super distracted. He would be obsessed with babies and prams and other dogs just wanting to play but obviously, it made the walks impossible. He’d be mouthing a lot and just naughty overall. In the house, he also would jump up constantly on people coming into the flat and me and Ben. We wanted all of that changed so we decided to put him into training with Platinum K9. 

So we chose Platinum K9 because I had a friend Miles that had sent his dog there to be trained as well and he recommended them and said that Rocky came back a completely different dog in the best way. We thought it was the best option for us.

The overall experience with Platinum K9 has just been amazing from start to finish, from the first phone call that we had with them to the handover. Honestly, it’s just been incredible and to see the change in Bailey has just been amazing. 

I’d say that we were most pleasantly surprised with the weekly updates and just all the updates in general. The main weekly update that we had was a video and it just basically told us everything they’d been working on with Bailey that week and showed us all the different kinds of training techniques and stuff that they’d been doing. It was just really nice to see his progress. Obviously, he was a puppy so he’s growing every week as well, so that was just really nice for us.

I think the training with Platinum K9 is a great value for money. He’s now great on walks, his house training has improved immensely and for the four weeks that he’s been there, it’s been great value for money.  

I would definitely recommend Platinum K9 to anyone who’s having any kind of issues with their puppy or just dogs in general. It’s been an amazing experience for us.
