Before coming to Platinum K9, I was really finding it difficult with Lola because she just wouldn’t listen to anything I would say. She was doing her toilet all over the house. She was running off her lead and she didn’t pay any attention to anything I had to say.

I was getting daily updates of Lola and then weekly videos as well which was so professional. It was like watching her on her own reality show. It was unbelievable. I really thought Lola was going to come back as the same dog. I cannot believe I literally have a different dog back. She is so calm. I can’t wait to take her out on walks. I can’t wait to sit in cafes with her knowing that she’s not going to be running around and going crazy. I’m so overwhelmed. I feel like this isn’t the same dog.
