Hi, I’m Frankie Bridge and I’m probably most known for being in The Saturdays or being on the panel of Loose Women.

Before going to Platinum K9, Turbo specifically was really hard to take on walks. He would bark at cyclists, runners, other dogs, people just walking down the road, cars, so it was really difficult to take him out.

Also, Turbo had a tendency to bite and he was really possessive over things and would guard things like treats, shoes, he would, if someone dropped something on the floor, while we were eating dinner, he would bite you if he tried to pick it up.

Leia was barking at everything and wouldn’t ever listen to anything we had to say.

So we chose Platinum K9 because we heard from a good source, a friend of ours, Danny care. They had their dog Bo go to Platinum K9 and they were really happy with the results, so it was a bit of a no-brainer for me.

For me, my dogs are a real part of our family, like most people, so the thought of them going somewhere else for 4 weeks was my biggest fear.

I was worried about how they would be treated while they were there, that I wouldn’t get updates and actually it couldn’t have been more opposite.

I had videos, pictures, daily updates, one night I think John was tucking the dogs into bed, so I knew they were getting lots of love and attention.

So for me, that was really important and made me feel really at ease.

Also they have come back like different dogs. I can’t believe it. I’ve been able to take them for a walk without any reaction to any cars, cyclists, or runners, and it’s just made my relationship with them so much easier.

I have tried several other dog trainers before and I didn’t find the information as thorough as with Platinum K9 and I didn’t feel like they cared as much about the dogs, whereas I really feel that Ben and Jon genuinely love dogs.

I feel like they genuinely bonded with my dogs and that it’s really important for them that we have a positive experience and I really felt that from them.

I think the biggest surprise for me was how loved my dogs were while they’re away. As I said, that was a really big worry for me and I really wasn’t expecting that.

I think the biggest thing with Jon and Ben was that they know that that’s how we are with our dogs so there’s no point in them going in and having this military kind of stance on training with the dogs because they know we’re not going to keep that up, so I was really grateful for that and that’s something that you know I’ve not had anywhere else and that was my biggest surprise.

I just think the personalization of the experience is what has made me feel so much better. I got to know how my dogs were every day, I got picture and video evidence of what they’re doing.

They’ve come home, they’ve thoroughly explained everything to me and the rest of the family cause I have a very busy household and my dogs are happy and I couldn’t want any more than that.
