Hi, I’m Flynn Downes and I play football for Southampton. 

Before coming to Platinum K9, the most obvious challenges we were facing were just kind of the basics really. On walks, she was a bit intrigued by other dogs, a bit eager to play. Obviously, meet other people. And I think obviously when you have a little family on your walks, you don’t really want to be on edge. So, yeah, we just kind of wanted to keep that under control really.

We chose Platinum K9 mainly because our two friends at Southampton recommended yourselves. Said you’d done an unreal service. Obviously helped loads with their dogs. The social media side of things. Obviously we looked on your page and yeah it just looked really nice, really friendly to the dogs and and that was what we were looking for really. 

The overall experience has been unreal. As soon as we got there, we kind of knew it’d be a great fit for Olive. The team was so friendly. Kyran was so helpful. Little tips and tricks that we’ve obviously going to use now. It’s just been so handy to have and I think Kyran’s just been a massive help for that really. So yeah, really happy with the service.

We did have a couple of concerns obviously before sending her away to training. Obviously, we’d used other places before and not been obviously 100% happy with everything. So, we had that little bit of doubt, but I think all that’s been taken away now. As I said, from day one, you’ve been so good to this day, the handover. Yeah, it’s been really helpful.
