Hi, my name is Tommy Freeman. I play for England Rugby and Northampton Saints. 

The issues we were having with Leo before taking him to Platinum K9 was his reactivity. He was a very anxious dog. We couldn’t really take him out without him reacting to pretty much everything. If that’s people, dogs, prams or your lunch bar, he would do all the above, to be honest.

Obviously it wasn’t very nice for us to walk out and have that reaction, so it was a no-brainer to get in touch with Platinum K9 to sort out some of these behaviors. 

We were recommended Platinum K9 by a few of the lads I’ve played with; Ben Spencer, Jamie George, they couldn’t recommend them highly enough, to be honest, and the results we’ve seen already are amazing.

I would describe the experience of Platinum K9 second to none. The constant updates we got while Leo was away was unbelievable. To see his progression happen so quickly was kind of music to our ears; to see that happen was brilliant. 

I think what pleasantly surprised me about Platinum K9 was obviously how good they were showing us his progression throughout the time he was away. When Ben first came down and saw Leo, the training he was doing and how he changed within five minutes was definitely a very big positive for us.

I think it’s value for money. To see a dog anxious, scared, nervous, to the dog he is today is really special. You can’t put any price on it to have him walk around into cafes and walk by my side like that, the way he does now. I wouldn’t put any price on it. 

I would definitely put forward Platinum K9, the time for him they did it in, and so I would definitely send my dog back again with further training. For anyone else in a similar boat, I would 100% recommend them.
