Hi, I’m Paul Lambert and we brought our dog Reggie to Platinum K9 for training. The issue we were having with Reggie was he was so poorly on the lead, we couldn’t really walk him. It wasn’t enjoyable and the reason we came to Platinum K9 was to try and resolve that issue.

At first, we were a bit apprehensive about leaving Reggie for a month but we were soon made aware, when we spoke to the people there, that it was going to be a great experience and more enjoyable for us.

We got a totally different dog back. Thankfully, as I said before, it was a great experience and even the WhatsApp videos and updates were great for us to keep on top of him.
